Who Christian Höferle Is
Christian Höferle is German by birth, Bavarian at heart, and American by choice. That personal experience of building a life and a career across two very different cultures is the foundation of his work: he has lived the exact kind of cultural adaptation he now helps organizations navigate. He founded The Culture Mastery in 2009 and later launched Chief Culture Officer Consulting to bring that same expertise to organizations as a fractional executive function, not just a training vendor.
